2. Quality Standards

Our produce is carefully selected and inspected to meet our strict quality standards. We work closely with local farmers to ensure that everything we deliver is grown sustainably and harvested at the peak of freshness.

3. Reporting Issues

If you receive produce that does not meet your expectations for freshness or quality, please let us know within 24 hours of delivery. To report an issue, please:

  • Take a photo of the product in question

  • Provide your order number and a brief description of the issue

4. Resolution Process

Once we receive your report, we will review it and provide a resolution within 48 hours. Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • A replacement of the item in your next delivery
  • A credit to your account for the value of the item

5. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:
